“When strange events occur in a neighborhood in Buenos Aires, a doctor specializing in the paranormal, her colleague, and an ex police officer decide to investigate further.” Directed by Demiàn Rugna, who made “When Evil Lurks,” one of my favorites from last year, and a really good horror movie. This has the same amount of dread and just all around creepy vibes. Foreign horror is just on a different level. Shudder.
