“Superman must reconcile his alien Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as reporter Clark Kent. As the embodiment of truth, justice and the human way he soon finds himself in a world that views these as old-fashioned.” This feels like the first mainstream superhero movie to be unashamed of how weird the comics can be. The three leads are absolutely fantastic, and I can’t wait to see them in future films. Two small complaints. It throws a lot at you in under 2 hours without doing the origin story, and that may turn some more casual fans off. We also have to stop these pointless post credit scenes.
