“Rising Hollywood star Matt Hagen descends into a horrifying revenge-filled monster when scientific ambition strips him of his identity and humanity.” I think the body horror and kills are pretty effective overall, but I just need a little bit more to connect this to DC and Batman other than just saying this is in Gotham city. I’m hit or miss on Mike Flanagan, but this is much better if he directs instead of just writing.
