“Jack Cates once again enlists the aid of ex-con Reggie Hammond - this time to take down The Iceman, a ruthless drug lord operating in the San Francisco bay area.” I initially skipped over this one during my Eddie Murphy binge, but I was pleasantly surprised. I do think it’s a step down in almost every way from the first, but it has solid action, some laughs, and looks great. I’m not mad at it. Apparently there is a directors cut buried somewhere that is way better. Not sure why we do that. On Paramount+.
