A ronin plays two criminal gangs against each other to free a town. So far this is Kurosawa’s most fun movie, and even a little wacky at times, but completely holds up. Was actually remade a few years later with Clint Eastwood, “A Fistful of Dollars.”
Two unpopular high school teens start a fight club to have sex before graduation. Really funny. Great cast, especially the leads, Rachel Sennott and Ayo Edebiri. Silly and over the top, in the best way.
After spending some time in a mental institution, a girl returns home to her family and strange things start to happen. Starts a little slow but slowly pulled me in. One those movies that feels like repeated viewings make it even better. Watched on AMC+
