“A sheriff tries to stop the killing spree of a silent maniacal murderer who, as the result of secret genetic experimentation by an unethical scientist, has the ability to self-heal.” This is a straight up X-Files episode, with Chuck Norris and I couldn’t recommend it more. Really dark and the villain is legit scary. Apparently Norris care for the movie which is a shame. This might be his best work. Watched on Tubi.
