An adult Norman Bates recalls his childhood and explains how he came to be. Without a doubt the worst of the psycho sequels. It’s harder to find and I would suggest skipping it altogether. I haven’t seen it myself, but I’ve heard that Bates Motel is fantastic and probably does a much better job of this.
