Two childhood friends reconnect decades later in a completely different part of the world, while confronting love and destiny. This is one I’ve been waiting to see having heard basically universal praise for. I thought it was just fine? Kind of predictable honestly, but what the fuck do I know? Reminds me of “Aftersun,”which had similar critical praise and didn’t do much for me. Check it out for yourself, when it’s free somewhere.
