“Perched on the hull of a wrecked Soviet freighter, a team of deep-sea miners led by head oceanographer Steven Beck comes face to face with a mutant creature that’s the product of a failed genetic experiment.” Major inspiration from Alien, just a different setting and while not nearly as good, this is a fun sci-fi horror. Cool practical and effects and the claustrophobia adds to the horror. Last shot is hilarious. Watched on Max.
