“A former Special Operations Vietnam vet works as a Chicago cop, and uncovers C.I.A. wrongdoing.” It seems like with a lot of 80’s action movies that plot and use they aren’t good, but can be pretty entertaining. This isn’t one of those times. Skip this one. Watched on Crackle.
